Here are my top 5 tips for finding the right France wedding photographer for you:
1. Ideally you should be booking a photographer who has experience with destination weddings. They're a different experience to shooting a wedding in the UK. There is more logistical planning, they can be more stressful for your suppliers - so finding someone with experience will help keep things calm and on plan. If they've been a France wedding photographer before, then that's an added bonus for sure.
2. Always look at a wedding photographers portfolio to ensure you think they'll be able to capture your day in the style you are wanting. Do you want it to be editorial? Perhaps you'd like it to be traditional? Speak with them about what you want to see if it's something they can offer.
3. Make sure to speak with your photographer before your wedding. Any good destination wedding photographer will likely book in a call or two to go over details, plans and answer any questions you may have. But having a call early on is a great idea, because if they're going to travel to France for your wedding, it's vital that you get on well!
