Alyssa and Marcus brought together family and friends from across the world for their Fairmont Royal Pavilion Barbados wedding, a celebration as warm and unhurried as the island itself. The day began a little further along the coast at the beautiful Cobblers Cove, where Alyssa took the morning quietly, getting ready with the people closest to her before the celebration ahead.
The Fairmont Royal Pavilion sits right at the water's edge on Barbados's platinum west coast, and it set the tone for everything that followed. Ceremony, portraits, and reception all unfolded against the turquoise of the Caribbean Sea, with that particular quality of Caribbean light that makes everything feel golden and just slightly surreal. There was no rush to any of it. Laughter moved easily between guests, the kind that only happens when the people you love most are all in the same place at once.
As the sun dropped over the water and the sky shifted through its usual theatre of colour, the evening opened up into music and dancing on the terrace. A Fairmont Royal Pavilion wedding has a natural rhythm to it, and Alyssa and Marcus leaned into every moment of it.
