Heather and Jared were married at Malliouhana, perched high above the sea on the northwest tip of Anguilla. It's the kind of place that sets its own pace - unhurried, warm, and quietly spectacular - and their wedding felt entirely in keeping with that. The resort sits above Meads Bay on cliffs that drop straight to the Caribbean, and on a clear day the light does something remarkable. It did exactly that for them.
Friends and family had travelled from across the world to be there, which gave the whole celebration a particular kind of warmth. These weren't people going through the motions of a wedding weekend - they were genuinely delighted to be somewhere this beautiful, celebrating two people they clearly love. That energy carried through everything: the vibrant florals, the considered fashion, the easy rhythm of the day as it unfolded.
A Malliouhana wedding has a way of making elegance feel effortless. The setting does a lot of the work - the panoramic ocean views, the warm island light, the unhurried pace that Anguilla does better than almost anywhere -- but Heather and Jared brought something of their own to it. Their day felt modern and joyful without trying too hard, which is exactly the right note to strike at a place like this.
As the evening settled over the coastline, dinner gave way to music and dancing beneath the Caribbean sky. The kind of night that's genuinely hard to leave, and that their guests will be talking about for years.

It was one of my favorite memories and a great way to get to know her and become more comfortable in front of the camera before the big day. She made everything feel very natural. Highly, highly recommend!
