Sophie and Ash were married at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire on a day that felt, from start to finish, like it had been designed entirely around them. Their ceremony took place in the hotel gardens, vows exchanged in open air with the English countryside stretching out behind them.

Hampshire is a county that rewards familiarity. The New Forest, the chalk downlands, the river valleys, the coastline stretching from the Solent to the edges of the South Downs - it is a landscape of genuine variety, and one that I know not as a visitor but as someone who has lived inside it. That matters, photographically.
