Trending: Wedding Trends 2019-2020
Neon signs are perhaps one of my favourite current trends. Ask your planner who they'd reccomend for a neon sign supplier in your area to rent one for your big day, or get one custom made!
This trend is coming all shapes and forms, from dresses to back drops this trend is at the forefront of any bohemian wedding style and I'm all for it.
I thought smoke bombs were out in 2018 but apparently they're still very much here to stay. Colour your day with mystic smoke in a multitude of colours to match your wedding style.
I love a wedding trend where it totally disturbs the tradition of wedding normality. This one for me is the coolest because it allows you to explore different venues that are for better words of the beaten track. Try old warehouses, abandoned buildings and allow yourself think outside the box with this one!
All hale the pizza food truck! This works great if you're not wanting to have a traditional sit down meal. I've shot a lot of weddings where people have coupled their pizza truck with a pasta stand or a bbq. This is a fun option and keeps things light and informal.
Mix & Match Bridesmaids
Having your bridesmaids pick their own dresses for your wedding is a great and modern way of keeping your wedding on trend and allowing your bridesmaids to feel comfortable and not so identity-less on your day.
Candles & Feathers
Opting for a bold colour candle instead of the normal burgundy or white, mixed with feathers. This trend has been mastered by boho brides worldwide.
For a rustic and bohemian style you'll want to include some rugs! Paired with throws and pouffe's and cushions for a great little boho set up!
Weddings in the woods
Woodland weddings are always a great idea, especially for the couple who like to be outdoors surrounded by nature. The create a relaxing feel and offer something a bit different from the normal ceremony.
Naked wedding cakes are trending because of their simple rustic charm. They give you more freedom to decorate with foliage and fruits.
Vintage Bridal Dress
We're finding more and more brides moving away from traditional dresses and opting for something more vintage in style. I love this simple straight lace gown!
Elopements have been around for a long, long time however its becoming more of a trend for you and your loved one to go off together and tie the knot! You have to admit theirs something super romantic about running away and eloping.
