What information we collect

When you get in touch via the contact form, email, or enquiry page, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, and any details you choose to share about your wedding or event.

If you visit the website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and is not linked to any individual.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss your booking, and manage our working relationship with you. We do not use your personal data for any other purpose without your consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Meta pixel & advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand how visitors interact with the site, and on occasion show relevant adverts to people who have previously visited.

The Meta Pixel may collect data including your IP address, browser information, and pages visited. This data is processed by Meta in accordance with their own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Your image gallery

Once your wedding or shoot is complete, your images are delivered via Pic-Time, a third-party gallery platform. When you access your gallery, Pic-Time may collect your email address and, if you opt in, send you communications about products such as prints and albums.

Pic-Time operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service. Any marketing emails from Pic-Time are managed by them directly, and you can unsubscribe from those communications at any time using the link in their emails.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. If you become a client, we retain relevant correspondence and contract information for seven years in line with standard business and tax requirements. Images we create as part of our work together are retained in accordance with your contract.

This website uses cookies. Some are essential for the site to function; others help us understand how visitors use the site, and some support our advertising activity including the Meta Pixel.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, ask us to delete it, or restrict how we use it. You also have the right to object to certain types of processing and to data portability.
